Computime Integration Links

Computime have developed a number of links from Tobit Unified Messaging to  CRM (GoldMine) and Telephony (DeTeWe) covering: -  

Outgoing Link - with the ability to create and send SMS messages, email, (which can then be attached to the record) and the ability to dial from the screen, even down to contact level.

Incoming Link - allows you to attach Email, Fax, SMS, and a Voice Message to a Customer record in GoldMine (CRM).

Screen Popping Facility - ability to recognise a call using DDI, down to contacts within a CRM record, and allowing the ability to jump to the record if required. 

Call Recording Facility - the ability to record a call and attach it to a record in a CRM system, subject to hardware.
