Proactive vs Reactive
Computime ensure a 4 working hours or less response to major network faults under a maintenance agreement but often the best solution is proactive action. We offer a service called facilities management, where we carry out regular visits, either monthly or quarterly to identifying possible issues and resolving them before they become a serious problem and cause costly downtime.
However If your IT network has a serious fault such as critical equipment such as a server, switch, hub or cabling, Computime will respond online, or if required an engineer will be sent to you site to begin resolving the fault within 4 working hours. For faulty PCa, general hardware and software, our guaranteed response time is 8 hours.
Remote support
A new service to our clients is being able to monitor your network remotely, being able to alert you when your IT system is unstable, due to viruses, not having the latest security software, not having a complete backup of your system, and much more.
The main advantage of remote support is the speed in which we can respond to and resolve issues. The majority of problems can be dealt with switfly by an engineer as if they were on your premises by simply taking secure control of a server or workstation using our remote management technology.
