Coventry based IT specialist, Computime I.T. Solutions, left stiff regional competition standing with its success at the coveted ICT Excellence Awards 2008.

The growing and successful Coventry company, which currently employs eleven people at its head office in Earlsdon, was highly commended for the Best Private Sector Project Award for its SyncVault product.

SyncVault is an independent storage device that backs up data automatically. This enables computer information to be restored accurately and the product acts as an insurance policy for important company documents and data.

“We're over the moon that the help we give our customers has been recognised and as a result, that we may also be able to reach others facing similar challenges to their business. The recognition is a great motivator for our team here at Computime and it's pleasing that we'll be more widely known in the industry as successful providers of elegant yet cost effective solutions to IT-related problems,” said Computime's Managing Director, John Dixon.

The judging process has been rigorous and the panel faced a major challenge deciding the final winners due to the sheer quality, innovation and excellent service provided by all the finalists. It's fantastic to witness the quality and diversity among technology companies in the West Midlands region.”
