SyncVault is an independent storage device solution which can automatically carry out regular backups anywhere on your network.
 
SyncVault Automation – Once installed, SyncVault will automatically backup your network data on a regular basis, without the intervention of the user. To confirm a backup has taken place an eMail is sent to the user. The only action required is to take exchange one USB Drive each week or month.
 
SyncVault Restore - As SyncVault carries out an initial complete backup, and then backs up any changes on a regular basis (usually daily, but can be shorter if required) it has the ability to enable you to restore any data from any application, or put you back to a prior position – ideal if you have accidentally deleted something, or done an incorrect adjustment in the accounts.
 
SyncVault Recovery - As SyncVault gives you a complete backup of the network, which is independent of the server, should there be a requirement to replace the server; data recovery can be very quick, so reducing any network down time.
 
SyncVault Safety – SyncVault can be fitted anywhere on the network, ideally away from the server, so in the event of loss of the server, possible fires, or flooding, as long as the unit is placed in a safe place your data is safe. Also as data is held digitally, there are no issues with incompatibility with tapes, or hard drives, when data recovery is required.
 
SyncVault off Site Option - For companies who wish to hold data off site, as part of SyncVault, we supply 2 USB hard drive units, which automatically synchronise with SyncVault when connected. You are then able to hold one of the Drives off site. We recommend you swap the unit once a week. If you need to have your off site backup up to date as your SyncVault, you also have an option to automatically backup off site, via the Internet.
 
SyncVault for Data Archiving – SyncVault, on the larger units, can be used for archiving off data from the server, to reduce the need to hold it there. In addition, due to the capacity of the larger units, it can also be a solution to users, who currently have to keep CD and DVD data due to the capacity of their server.
 
SyncVault Data Encryption - All data backups are data encrypted

SyncVault can be used as an alternative to tape drives, or as a second line backup in the case of a disaster recovery requirement.

SyncVault Sizes – Units are available with capacities from 200Gb to 2,000Gb.

  • SyncVault 250 - includes SyncVault plus 2 external 250Gb USB Drives to allow you to take a complete backup off site each week. Pricing is £899
  • SyncVault 500 - includes SyncVault plus 2 external 500Gb USB Drives at £1,099
  • SyncVault 750 – includes SyncVault plus 2 external 750Gb USB Drives at £1,199
  • SyncVault 1000 - includes SyncVault plus 2 external  1,000Gb USB Drives at £1,399
  • SyncVault 2000 - includes SyncVault plus 2 external  2,000Gb USB Drives at £2,399
  • SyncVault 4000 - includes SyncVault plus 2 external  4,000Gb USB Drives at £4,399
     
  • SyncVault Larger Units - If you have need of a larger unit just complete the form here and we will give you a quote
  • Supply & Configuration of the units is £395
  • SyncVault Remote – allows you to backup each day via the Internet. The service is subject the volume of data required to transfer each day. Prices are £25 per month per multiple 10Gb backed up. As we only backup the changes it means the actual data backed up is lower with a SyncVault Solution. Together with your USB Drive taken off site, you have the ultimate backup solution
  • There is an annual update and support charge of 25% of the value of the unit purchased.

You are also able to RENT SyncVault 200, which includes Support, and Remote Backup for £130 per month, paid quarterly in advance, based on a minimum rental of 12 month. You can cancel anytime after that date with 3 month notice. This price does not include installation. If you require a larger unit, the monthly rate alters accordingly.

Add-On
Besides being able to completely back up your IT Networks using SyncVault, you now have additional facilities available:-

  • Content Filtering - If you wish to limit access to the Internet for certain staff, you are able to restrict them, totally, or down to selected web sites. The charge for this service is £295 per annum.
  • High Level Data Encryption - Besides the standard encryption, you can have encryption to meet the Financial Services (FSA) requirement. Please ask for details.
  • Standby Server in a Disaster - We can supply units that can act as a temporary server, should you main server fail, to give you time to resolve the issue, and limit down time. For more details please contact us.
  • Extra USB Drives - 250Gb £99 - 500Gb £149; 1000Gb £249
