1. What is the Computime integrated ebusiness package on offer:

This is a variable solution encompassing several software options enabling a client to integrate their e-commerce and database driven website applications directly with their accountancy and Customer Relations Management (CRM) software which in turn can be linked to an advanced e-mail, fax, and SMS software.

We can minimise manual intervention and eliminate time consuming labour from your business processes, from capturing customer orders to processing invoices.

2. What can it include?

Goldmine (www.frontrange.co.uk)

This is currently one of the most effective and popular CRM packages available containing a vast array of features, for example, the collection and centralisation of information flowing through an organisation - including, tracking, sales forcasting, remote data syncronisation and advanced document management.  Computime have written several applications for advanced Goldmine integration.  Alternatively, we can write bespoke CRM database to suit your needs.

Tobit Unified Messaging (www.uk.tobit.com)

FaxWare - Saving time and money by faxing directly from any desktop application. Inbound faxes can be edited, forwarded and stored electronically. FaxWare 6 is the latest version of this solution that turns a NetWare or Windows NT/2000 server into a high performance fax engine.

David Zehn (V10) - Improves efficiency by managing all messages in one easy to use product. David Zehn sets the standard for unified messaging with integrated fax, e-mail, voicemail and SMS. If away from the office it is possible to access your messages using any standard e-mail program or simply via the phone. It also enables automated publishing on the World Wide Web including remote access using a standard browser, includes CTI, eForms, tasks and calendaring.  Again, Computime with accredited Tobit Certified Systems Specialists (TCSS) and Tobit Certified Systems Engineers (TCSE) have written several applications for email integration using the David / Tobit suite of products.

Spindle - document management and processing allowing key documents such as invoices, delivery notes and receipts to be printed, dispatched and transmitted seamlessly from any program such as Opera II or Sage Line 50.

Sage (www.sage.co.uk) and Pegasus (www.pegasus.co.uk) :

Powerful accounts software, featuring the fully integrated links with Goldmine, Tobit and the Web that Computime are renowned for.  We are one of only a few dealers who have written our own software to work with the development Application Programmer Interface (API) in order to achieve greater results.

Computime can offer Sage Line 50 integration and Pegasus Opera II integration along with many other options within the Sage and Pegasus product line.

One of the most advance integrated phone systems today. Using Tobit Unfied Messaging and our own developed integration software we are able to offer levels of automation only seen in more higher priced systems.
